Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. Guest access may provide limited functionality.

6. Subscription & Payment

SimpleRx may offer optional subscription plans (Auto-Renewable). By subscribing, you agree to Apple's in-app purchase payment policies. Subscription billing is managed entirely by Apple.

You can cancel anytime through your device’s App Store settings.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the processing described there.

8. Use of Uploaded Documents

When you upload images or PDFs of medical reports, you grant SimpleRx permission to process content strictly for explanation and educational purposes. All uploaded files follow our data privacy and security practices.

9. Limitations of Liability

SimpleRx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete AI interpretations
• Medical outcomes based on app usage
• Decisions taken without consulting a healthcare professional

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleRx and its developers disclaim liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the app.

All logos, branding, UI elements, and content are the property of SimpleRx and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
